Carl Engleman, Jr. is an attorney based in Berks County, Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 1998 with a heavy focus on issues related to environmental law. He has extensive knowledge of both utility and non-utility easements and rights of way for wire and pipeline facilities through his representation of private property owners, non-profit organizations, public utilities, non-utility generators, and business entities. Carl routinely advises private landowners with reviews of oil and gas lease proposals and pipeline right of way proposals and has assisted many clients with disputes concerning breaches of oil and gas lease agreements and pipeline agreements.
Carl obtained his Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law Degrees from Vermont Law School, a Master’s of Science in Biology from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In 2010, Carl opened his own practice, The Law Offices of Carl Engleman Jr., LLC, where, in addition to oil and gas, pipelines and environmental law, his practice areas include a large focus on estate planning and administration, civil and commercial litigation as well as eminent domain litigation and other aspects of real estate law.
Carl lives in Mohrsville, Pennsylvania with his wife Melissa and three children: Paul, Marie and Charlotte.
